RANGE OF APPLICATION: It is used in the cladding of the external and external facades, pools, baths, water tanks and other premises with high humidity, faience, ceramic, marble, granite and mosaic tiles.

PROPERTIES: Ready-made dry extra-reinforced adhesive with admixtures of white cement and polymer additives. It is highly resistant to water and freezing. Easy to apply. Prevents formation of mosses and bacteria.

APPLICATION: The surface must be cleaned of dust, formwork oil, paint and other substances. If the surface temperature is above 25°C, it must be moistened with water to obtain a wetter surface.

PREPARATION OF MORTAR: Before use, the solution must be diluted with water at a coefficient of one bag per 5 - 5.8 liters. When diluting, use a mixer to prevent lumping by mixing. Then the mixture should stand for 10 minutes, then again mix thoroughly and start using. The solution is evenly applied to the surface using a trowel with teeth. Tiles need to be glued to the applied solution within 15-20 minutes. The operating time of the diluted solution is 2-3 hours. After this time, in no case try to reuse the diluted solution. If the solution begins to dry, do not try to add water for its further use. At the end of tile work, the joints between them can be troweled after 24-48 hours using our VENTUMFUGAFLEX® or VENTUMFUGA® trowel mixes. The above parameters are given for the temperature of 23°C ± 2 and% 50 ± 5 humidity. Also, the above parameters may vary depending on the environment and climate. Recommended operating temperature is from + 5°С to + 35°С. Protect the applied surface from harsh climatic changes before and after work.

CONSUMPTION AREA: 4-5kg of mortar per square meter, depending on the size of tiles.

PACKING AND STORAGE: Available in 25kg bags. Store in the original packaging in dry, intended for storage premises for 12 months. After opening the bag, use the mixture for 1 week. Store a maximum of 10 bags vertically.

WARNINGS: Do not mix with other substances such as gypsum, lime, etc. The basis of the solution is cement, that’s why it is recommended to use protective masks and glasses when working with the solution.
